This post will be looked at like a "Cell phone unloading - pt.2"..

because, well, thats what it is. ;)

These are just a few of the recent outfits I've been rocking over the last few weeks so I thought I better get them posted on here before they get deleted off my phone.  I apologize in advance for the poor picture quality, they were all taken with my iphone. When I finally find someone who can take my blog pictures everyday - I will be one happy girl!!!

You'll see a trend as you scroll through..Im actually wearing boots!! These past couple of weeks have actually graced us with a few winter like days (which is RARE for Texas) so naturally, I had to drag it out as long as possible ;)

Hello my lovelies!

 

Here's a recent look I wore to work!

For some reason this sheer tank top has always slightly reminded me of a peacock feather. It's the perfect mixture of blues and browns and I finished off the outfit with a great pair of white skinny jeans.

 

 I don't care if its spring, summer, fall, or winter, I will always wear white pants! They are my absolute fav!! :)

Hello My Loves!

I kept my outfit today super simple. Black on black with a pop of leapord. I had a ton of running around to do and black was the easiest outfit to throw together!!

Hello Summer!

I'm loving all the bright colors that are popping up all over fashion avenues everywhere. When I saw this top, I snatched it right up! Throw in some leopard heels and you have a winner. :)

Hello my loves!!

 

It's a black and white kinda day. 

 

It has turned into a sauna here in Texas so keeping cool is at the top of my priority list. Now, sadly I cant wear shorts and tank tops to work, but this airy and light weight top from Old Navy is perfect.  I think I'll be stocking up!

A mile marker!!!

 

Holy cheese and crackers this is my 100th post! I'm honestly a bit speechless! We need to celebrate!!! I know I haven't posted in a while and I have a VERY good excuse for slacking! I've started a photography business and it is c.o.n.s.u.m.i.n.g. my life.

 

But I love it.

 

I couldn't be happier and I ask myself why I never chose to travel down this path sooner. I am though, a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. I feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be, and that makes my cup runneth over. ;)

 

So where does that leave this blog?

 

It's not going anywhere!! No worries. No fears. I still have a huge passion for fashion (yeah ...I rhyme from time to time. ha)  Yes, I still plan to post my daily outfits and what I'm currently loving. (and yes, sadly, they will still probably be iphone pics unless YOU would like to come take my pictures!!)

 

This outfit is one I wore to work recently. Although its spring I was in a black, gray and white kind of mood. I love this flowy top! It's fitted everywhere except for flowing ruffles around the bottom.

Such a girly flare.

Tuesday.

I know I'm posting this at the end of the day but hey, what can I say? I'm a busy girl!! Mint and black were the colors I was sporting while running around for work today.
 

 I keep finding more and more mint in my closet...  it's the color of the season! At least that's the excuse I tell myself when I realize I'm buying anotherrrrr mint colored top/jeans/shoes.. Ha.

More of what I wore over the weekend! I am loving florals for spring and when I saw this vest, I snatched it right up. :) I paired it with holy jeans and cinched my waist with a cute belt.

I got to go wedding dress shopping with a dear friend of mine this weekend and this is the casual outfit I wore. I knew there would be lots of walking, shopping, and trying on, so I kept it easy and casual. I paired a soft pastel yellow top with skinny jeans a leopard sandals for a great weekend wear look! Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend. Smile! It's Sunday funday!

Why am I in a sweater you ask? Even though its in April aaanndd I'm in Texas? Because Texas weather is bi polar and a freak cold front wanted to swoop in with the terrential down pour we got yesterday.

Awesome.

So instead if getting to wear all the cute summer tops I just bought, I'm back in boots and a sweater.

ok, ok, end rant. On a brighter note the clouds rolled away and today ended up gorgeous, and it's supposed to be the same way tomorrow! Fingers crossed!

I'm sporting a coral cardigan despite this day being so wet and dreary. I needed a pop of color amongst all this grey gloom! Where are the bright sunny days of spring?! :)

Hello my loves!

 

I"ve been super duper busy lately working on another project, so this blog has kind of taken a back seat to it. (This "project" will be a whoooole 'nother post all on it's own!)

 

 Here are a few of the out fits I've been wearing lately and I PROMISE to be better at snapping pics of what I wear! We all have those days that by the time you get home, your so exhausted from saving the world work, that taking a photo is last thing on your mind! I've been having more of those types of days than I care to admit.

 

P.S. I've done some shopping recently as well, so as soon as I get those pieces styled, I'll be writing a post on them. :)
